脉络宁注射液和复方丹参注射液治疗急性缺血性中风的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察脉络宁注射液和复方丹参注射液治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效；并探讨脉络宁注射液的临床疗效与给药时间、药物剂量及中医证型的关系。方法：将急性缺血性中风患者５０２例随机分为脉络宁注射液治疗组３７７例和复方丹参注射液对照组１２５例，连续治疗１４日～２８日。结果：脉络宁注射液的基本显效率（７０．０３％）及总有效率（９５．７６％）均明显优于对照组（２６．４０％和８１．６０％），Ｐ均＜０．０１。时效关系：脉络宁注射液的起效时间在７日，持续作用到１４日；量效关系：脉络宁注射液每日４０ｍｌ为治疗的最佳剂量；证效关系：脉络宁注射液可广泛应用于急性缺血性中风的各个中医证型。Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency of Mailuoning Injection and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Additionally to explore the relationship among Mailuoning Injection dosage,administration time,syndrome type in TCM and clinical therapeutic efficacy.Methods:Patients with acute ischemic stroke ( n =502) were divided randomly into treatment group ( n =377,with Mailuoning Injection)and control group ( n =125,with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection),continuous therapy for 14 days to 28 days.Results:In treatment group,the cured rate and total effective rate were 70 03% and 95 76% respectively,it were superior to those in control group (26 40% and 81 60% respectively),both P <0 01.Study on timeeffect relation showed that initial effectiveness was 7 days,maintaining action for 14 days;dosageeffect relation showed that best dosage of Mailuoning Injection was 40 ml daily;syndrometyping relation showed that Mailuoning Injection may be use in different TCM type of acute ischemic stroke.Conclusions:Mailuoning Injection is suitable to treating acute ischemic stroke.
