摘　　要：目的：探讨ｂｃｌ２蛋白在胃癌发生过程中的表达。方法：用免疫组化方法检测良恶性胃粘膜病变（１５例肠上皮化生，３０例不典型增生，６０例胃癌）ｂｃｌ２蛋白的表达。结果：其免疫阳性率分别为４６７％、６０％、６８％，ｂｃｌ２蛋白表达与胃癌分化程度显著相关，但与其它病理特征关系不明显。结论：ｂｃｌ２异常表达可能在胃癌形成早期即发生作用，其表达与胃癌分化程度呈反相关。Objective: Probe expression of bcl-2 in gastric carcinogenesis.Methods: Expression of bcl-2 was examined immunohistochmically in intestinal metaplasia (15 cases),dysplasia (30 cases) and gastric cancer (60 cases).Results: The positive rate of bcl-2 was 46.7%,60%,68% respectivel,and expression of bcl-2 significantly correlated with the degree of differentiation,but didn′t correlated with other parameter of gastric carcinoma.Conclusion: bcl-2 may play an role evenly in early gastric carcinogenesis,its expression inversely correlated with the degree of differentiation of gastric cancer.
