摘　　要：目的：探索国内成人呼吸系统上皮性肿瘤中人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）的感染状况及其间的相互关系。方法：用多重ＰＣＲ法和原位杂交法检测８５例呼吸道良、恶性肿瘤标本中的ＨＰＶＤＮＡ并结合病理组织学研究。结果：共检测出ＨＰＶＤＮＡ阳性１３例（１５３％），包括３６例咽喉肿瘤中的６例（１６７％）和４９例肺鳞癌中的７例（１４２％）。在上、下呼吸道肿瘤中检出的ＨＰＶ基因型均以ＨＰＶ６／１１型为主。结论：国内成人呼吸道上皮性肿瘤中存在ＨＰＶ感染并有其特点，ＨＰＶ感染可能在呼吸道肿瘤的发生中起一定的作用。Objective: To explore the infection of human papillomavirus and relation between the infection and the neoplasms in the respiratory epithelial neoplasms in Chinese adult patients.Methods:The multiple PCR and in situ hybridization were used for the detection of HPV DNA in 85 cases of benign and malignant neoplasms of respiratory tract with the pathohistological study.Results: In 13 of the specimens examined,HPV DNA was identified (13/85,15.3%),including 6 of 36 cases of pharyngolaryngeal neoplasms (6/36,16.7%) and 7 of 49 cases of lung squamous cell carcinomas(7/49,14.2%). Among the 13 cases tumor specimens,most of them were positive for HPV6/11 types. Conclusion:There were HPV infection in respiratory epithelial neoplasms in Chinese adult patients and HPV may play a role in the oncogenisis of these neoplasms.
