摘　　要：目的：通过对老年肺癌外科临床特点的分析，提高老年肺癌诊、治、管三方面的水平。方法：对５９例老年肺癌与同期９１例非老年肺癌患者的临床特点进行比较并分析。结果：老年肺癌的临床特点以咳嗽、咳痰、发热就诊较多，可能同鳞癌较多有关（５２５％）；确诊时间明显长于非老年组，同思想不重视，合并症较多有关（７４６％）；术后并发症１７８％高于非老年组７９％，但通过恰当的围术期处理，选择正确的手术方法，无一例死亡。结论：老年肺癌患者除禁忌症外手术应持积极态度。Objective:Through analyzed clinical characteristics of elderly lung cancer patients,inprove diagnosis,treatment,management skills of elderly lung cancer patients.Methods: Analyzed clinical characteristics of 59 cases of elderly patients and compare them with 91 cases nonelderly patients.Results: The clinical characteristics of lung cancer in the elderly patients is cough, split,fever.Maybe due to squamous tumor is very popular than other (52.5%). Diagnosis time is longer than nonelderly group,because they did not pay more attention to their symptom and assosiated diseases more common (74.6%). Complication after operation is 17.8% in elderly group higher than that 7.9% in nonelderly group.Aftet correct operation, no patient died.Conclusion: We think that active attitude should be taken for elderly patients lung cancer operation.
