摘　　要：提出网络信息经济负外部性的理念,采用比较分析和规范性分析等研究方法,对网络信息经济负外部性的基本现象、基本特征、形成原因、对市场和社会的消极后果等进行较为深入的研究,并初步提出矫正网络信息经济负外部性的基本路径,旨在为治理网络信息经济的负外部性提供具有实质意义的理论参考。Bringing forward the notion of negative externality of network information economy, With comparative and criteria analysis methods, Give a serious reviews of network information economy on its phenomena, characters, causations, and its sequences to market and society, and Put forward to the fundamental routes to rectify the negative externality results, So as to give a substantive theoretical reference for the governance of negative externality of network information economy.
