摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入并发症的发生及减少并发症的方法。方法在56眼用角巩缘隧道切口超声乳化摘除白内障并植入美国产小光学面硬晶体，术后观察视力及手术并发症。结果矫正视力1．0以上者29眼（51．8％），0．5至0．9者22眼（39．3％），0．5以下者5眼（8．9％）。虹膜损伤6眼（10．7％）、晶体囊膜破裂15眼（26．8％）、人工晶体位置异常2眼（3．6％）、角膜混浊13眼（23．2％）、术中脉络膜脱离2眼（3．6％）。结论提高手术技术、缩短手术时间是减少该手术并发症的主要方法。Objective To analyse the complication of phacoemulsification and posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation and investigate the methods to reduce these complication. Methods The surgery were performed in 56 eyes with limbus tunnel incision. Postoperative vision and complication were observation. Result Postoperative vision were above 1.0in 29 eyes(51. 8% ),0. 5 to 0. 9 in 22eyes (39.3% ), below 0.5 in 5eyes (8.9% ). Complication included iris injury (6eyes, 10.7% ), lens capsule rupture (15eyes, 26. 8 % ), intraocular lens malposition (2 eyes, 3.6% ),cornea opacity (13 eyes,23. 2 % and choroid detachment (2 eyes, 3.6 % ). conclusion The main point to reduce the complication of the surgery is to raise operation technique and shorten operation time.
