摘　　要：抗菌肽buforinII是由亚洲蟾蜍bufo bufo gargarizans胃组织中分离得到一种烈性抗菌肽,具有很强的抗菌活性。它的结构和多数α螺旋抗菌肽相似,但作用机制却有较大的区别。BuforinⅡ利用其特有的结构在不造成膜穿孔的情况下迅速通过细胞膜,与胞内的生物大分子核酸结合,诱发细胞死亡。本文就buforinⅡ的结构,作用机制,研究现状及其应用前景进行阐述。Buforin Ⅱ is a potent antimicrobial peptide discovered in the stomach tissue of the Asian toad Bufo bufo gargarizans with strong antibacterial activity. The structure of buforin Ⅱ is similar to the most of or-spiral antimicrobial peptides, but with great different mechanisms. Due to its unique structure, Pro Hinge, Buforin Ⅱ goes through cell membrane rapidly without causing perforation of cell membrane and interacts with the biological macromolecules, nucleic acid, and induces cell death. The research was done on buforin Irs structure, mechanism, application, present research and advancement.
