摘  要:将150只海蓝雏鸡分为5组,每组30只,3日龄首免,2周后加强免疫1次,二免后2周用鸡柔嫩艾美尔球虫攻击。通过测定免疫后鸡只的淋巴细胞转化水平,抗体水平I、L-1诱生活性,比较分析不同剂量的香菇多糖对3-1E重组蛋白免疫原性的增强作用;通过测定攻虫后鸡只存活率、相对增重率、卵囊值和抗球虫指数的变化,分析香菇多糖对3-1E重组融合蛋白免疫保护效果的影响。结果表明,香菇多糖能够显著增强淋巴细胞转化水平(P<0.05)和血清抗体水平(P<0.05),但不能明显提高IL-1的诱生活性(P>0.05);而且能够显著增强3-1E重组蛋白的免疫保护效果。表明香菇多糖对3-1E重组蛋白具有较好的免疫增强作用。One hundred fifty chickens were allocated to five groups(30/group). Recombinant 3-1E protein and lentinan solution were administrated by intramuscular on d 3, respectively; then boosted after two weeks; and challenged with Eimeria tenella after four weeks. The immunogenic differences were analyzed via the successive investi-gation on the level of lymphocyte transformation, serum antibody titer and IL-1 induced activity, as well as the immu- noprotection via the survey of the survival, the relative weight gain,oocyst output and anti-coccidiosis index. Lentinan could significantly enhance the proliferation responses of blood lymphocytes(P〈0.05)and the level of serum antibody titer(P〈0.05). Meanwhile,it could greatly lift the protection induced by recombinant 3-1E protein against E. tenella. The results indicated a strong enhancement of immune responses to recombinant 3-1E protein by co-adminis- tration with lentinan.
