摘 要:离心清洗是清洗印制电路板的一种有效方法,它与传统的喷淋和超声等方法相比具有清洗能力强、对工件保护效果好和应用范围广等特点。阐述了离心清洗机的设备结构特点和基本工艺流程,并通过实验阐述了影响清洗效果的几个因素温度、速度、喷淋方式、喷淋角度、溶剂的选择、变速及正反转的设置等,并提出了改进措施。离心清洗已成为PCB的主要清洗方法之一。Centrifugal cleaning is an effective method for PCB cleaning. Comparing to the traditional method,for example the spraying cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning, the centrifugal cleaning has top -quality of cleaning,better protective effect for PCB and wider application area. Expatiat the characteristic and the flow of the technics. By a lot of experiments, testify the cleaning effect under different parameters including temperature, speed, spraying configuration, angle of the spraying, impreguant, the setup of different speeds and the clockwise and anticlockwise rotating. Centrifugal cleaning has been one of the main method for PCB cleaning. Introduce principle, application, critical technology and development trend of centrifugal cleaning.
