摘 要:借助于大型非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对自行设计的非标准件唇形橡胶密封圈进行了三维装配体非线性接触有限元分析,对唇形密封圈在不同初始过盈量和油压下的变形与应力情况进行了分析研究。结果表明:最大接触应力随着初始过盈量增加而增加;在不同油压作用下,最大接触应力始终大于油压,满足唇形圈的密封条件,并经实践检验,证明有限元分析结果是正确的。With the aid of the software of the large scale non-linear finite element ABAQUS, the non-linear contact finite element analysis for the three-dimensional assembly of the self-designed nonstandard lip rubber sealing ring was carried out. The deformation and stress for the lip sealing ring with different value of initial interference and oil pressure were studied. The result shows that the maximum contact stress increases with the increase of value of initial interference, the maximum contact stress is always bigger than oil pressure with the action of different oil pressures, which satisfies the sealing condition for the lip sealing ring. It is testified by the practical use that the finite element analysis is correct.
