摘 要:机械球磨淀粉与磷酸盐、十二烯基丁二酸酐反应制备了淀粉基表面活性剂,研究了淀粉基表面活性剂分别与多乙烯多胺聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚破乳剂复配对重油的破乳作用。结果表明,在相同用量的条件下,复配少量淀粉基表面活性剂,可提高破乳剂对重油的作用效果,其中在烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚破乳剂中复配2%的淀粉基表活面性剂可显著提高水洗重油的质量,不仅水洗后重油中钾钠含量下降62.1%,而且油水分离及水相更好。Starch-based surfactant was made by mechanical milling starch and phosphate, dodecenyl succinct anhydride. The demulsification on the heavy oil was studied using the starch-based surfactant and demulsifiers (polyethylene polyamine polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether or alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether). The results show that compound with a small amount of starch-based surfactant can increase the demulsification on heavy oil under the conditions of the same dosage. Compounding with 2% of starch-based surfactant in the alkylphenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether can significantly improve the quality of washed heavy oil, K, Na content in heavy oil washes down 62. 1% , oil-water is separated and the water becomes much better.
