资产全寿命周期管理标准体系的研究

摘　　要：资产全寿命周期管理标准体系是针对资产全寿命周期管理的特点和要求所构建的规范性文件体系,是企业标准化工作与企业专业化管理相结合的深化形式。对专业标准体系与企业标准体系之间关系进行简要分析,提出了资产全寿命周期管理标准体系的三维架构设计,以及企业标准体系的技术、管理、工作三大标准体系中与资产设备管理相关的标准在三维架构中定位分析的主要内容。The Life Cycle Asset Management（LCAM） criterion system,which reflects the deep integration of standardization and specialized management of enterprises,was constructed according to the features and requirements of LCAM.The relation between the specialized criterion system and the enterprise-level criterion system was analyzed,and the 3D framework of the LCAM criterion system was proposed.The positioning of the LCAM-related criteria from the technical,management,working criterion systems of the enterprise- level criterion system in the 3D framework was also analyzed.
