摘  要:目的:探讨人脑胶质瘤血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)的蛋白表达水平与瘤周脑水肿、肿瘤囊性变及临床病理分级的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化方法检测36例胶质瘤肿瘤组织、瘤周水肿带以及8例正常脑组织中VEGF和CD34表达;ELISA方法检测肿瘤囊性变的囊液及血清中VEGF蛋白含量。结果:根据病理分级,恶性度越高的肿瘤组织其VEGF表达阳性率越高,且与胶质瘤血管生成、瘤周脑水肿均呈显著正相关(rs=0.495,P<0.01;rs=0.582,P<0.01)。肿瘤囊液中VEGF蛋白含量显著高于血清中含量(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF和瘤周脑水肿、肿瘤血管生成和胶质瘤囊性变之间有良好的相关性,其表达水平对判断胶质瘤的临床病理分级有重要的价值。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and peritumoral cerebral edema, rumor cystic degeneration, or clinical pathological grade in patients with glioma. Methods The expressions of VEGF and CD34 in 36 cases of tumorous tissue and peritumoral tissue and 8 cases of normal cerebral tissue were detected by SP immunohistochemical methods. Levels of VEGF in tumor cyst fluid and serum were measured by ELISA. Results The expression of VEGF was increased with tumor pathological grades, and was significantly correlated with tumor angiogeuesis and peritumoral cerebral edema (rs = 0.495,P 〈 0.01 ; rs = 0.582,P 〈 0.01 ). Level of VEGF in tumor cyst fluid was obviously higher than that in serum (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion VEGF is correlated with peritumoral cerebral edema, tumor angiogenesis and tumor cystic degeneration.
