摘  要:研究了掺聚羧酸减水剂对高强混凝土塑性收缩与抗裂性能影响。结果表明:水胶比在0.28~0.34范嗣内,随水胶比提高,掺聚羧酸减水剂的高强混凝土塑性收缩呈增长趋势,混凝土初裂时间延迟,裂缝面积增大。在0.15%~0.23%范同内提高聚羧酸外加剂掺量,高强混凝土塑性收缩降低,初裂时间延迟,裂缝面积呈减小趋势。与萘系及氨基磺酸盐系减水剂相比,在工作性相当的条件下掺聚羧酸减水剂有利于降低高强混凝土的塑性收缩,提高其抗裂性能。The plastic shrinkage and crack resistance of high-strength concrete mixed with polycarboxylate superplasticizer ( PCA ) were investigated.Results show that the plastic shrinkage of concrete mixed with PCA increased, the initial cracking time delayed and the cracking area increased with water binder ratio increasing in the range of 0.28-0.34.The plastic shrinkage of high strength concrete decreased,the initial cracking time delayed and the cracking area decreased with dosage of PCA increasing in the range of 0.15%--0.23%by weight of binders.Compared with naphthalene-based and aminosulfonic-based superplasticizer,PCA is benefit for minimizing the plastic shrinkage and crack resistance of high strength concrete when workability of fresh concrete is similar.
