摘　　要：发达国家标准化病人(SP)已广泛应用于临床技能训练及考试。我国近年来发展较快,但在SP质量控制方面仍显不足。现从标准化角度阐述对SP概念的理解,分析存在的标准化问题,尤其是怎样操作标准化培训流程,提出一些可行的解决方法,并对"标准化体系"的建立以及运行进行思考。The use of standardized patients in teaching and assessment of clinical skills has become more ubiquitous in medical schools in developed countries. In China, it has progressed rapidly in recent years. Nevertheless, it has shortage on quality control. This paper deals with the conception of SP in the view of ＂standardization＂ and analyses the standardization problems, and then puts forward some feasible schemes on the operation flow of standardized training, and makes efforts on the establishment and promotion of ＂standardization system＂.
