摘　　要：电子商务的兴起给企业的发展带来了新的机遇，财务管理将不再仅仅局限于一个国家或一个地区，而将朝着国际化、精确化、电算化、网络化方向发展。在新环境下，企业将更加重视财务管理。本文从分析企业财务管理的目标出发，深入探讨了电子商务环境下企业财务管理的内容和职能的创新。The prosperity of Electronic commerce has brought new opportunity for enterprise＇s development. The financial service will no longer be limited to a country or an area, but will develop towards internationalization, preciseness, computerization and network. Under the new environment, the research of financial management will obtain even more attention. This article embarks from analyzing the goal of enterprise＇s financial management, and then has thoroughly discussed the innovation of content and function of enterprise＇s financial management under the electronic commerce environment.
