摘　　要：环境影响着生产的可持续性以及社会的福利问题,同时生产的进行不可避免的要使用资源而且又带来了污染,从而降低了环境资源的质量和数量。资源的不断减少以及环境质量的不断恶化显然不能支撑经济的可持续增长,甚至想保持不变的经济产出也都是不可能的。文中构造了一个基于环境质量的动态经济模型,并探讨了环境质量条件下动态经济的最优增长路径问题。The environment has a great impact on the sustainability of the production and the social welfare issues. In the meantime, production activities consume natural resources and give rise to pollution in- evitably, thus reducing both the quality and the quantity of natural resources. With the decreasing of the resources, and the deteriorating of the environmental quality, it is obvious that the sustainable economic growth can not be guaranteed, and even the maintenance of the economic output are hard to secure. The paper constructs a dynamic model based on the environmental quality analysis, and further discusses the problem of the optimal path under different environmental qualities.
