摘 要:运用博弈论方法对支线运输市场过度竞争的现象进行分析,发现为保证干线运量,干线运输企业与其经营支线的子公司之间采用纵向一体化的价格策略,从而导致支线运输市场的价格战。指出政府可以通过对支线运输市场限价促进支线运输企业之间形成合作关系以达到双赢的目的;或采用运价规制政策限制支线运输企业之间的竞争,并对上述2种解决方案下支线运价进行了比较。This paper analyzed the over competition phenomenon in feeder transport market by means of game theory. It is pointed that main line transport companies used the vertical integration strategy of freight rate with their feeder subsidies for ensuring their volumes. It is the strategy that caused the price war in feeder transport market. This paper showed that the collusion and win-win results between feeder transport companies could be gained through the freight rate restriction policy of the government. The freight rate regulation could also reduce the vehement competition among feeder transport companies, and the feeder freight rates under the above two schemes were compared.
