摘　　要：体质健康教育模式和方法对教育效果的影响是至关重要的。只有采取适当的教育模式和教育方法才能把体质健康教育全面完成并落到实处。体质健康教育模式主要分为宣传模式、咨询模式、理论课模式、实践课模式、课外活动模式、比赛模式、社团活动模式、俱乐部模式、运动队模式等九种。体质健康教育方法主要包括演示法、练习法、运动处方法、谈话法、讲授法、讨论法、自学指导法等七种。一种教育模式往往需要一种或几种教育方法来支持。一种教育方法也可以应用于不同的教育模式之中。Physical health education pattern and method plays an important role for the education effect. Only if we take appropriate education pattern and education method, the physical health education can be realized. Physical health education pattern includes drumbeating pattern, consultation pattern, theory class pattern, practice class pattern, after - school activity pattern, competition pattern, community pattern, club pattern and sport team pattern. Physical health education method includes demo method, exercise method, sport prescription method, talk method, teaching method, discussion method, self - study coaching method. One education pattern needs one or several education method＇ s support. One education method can be applied into several education patterns.
