摘  要:以非线性有限元技术为理论基础,根据标准试验中要求的约束和加载方式,建立翻车保护结构(ROPS)的非线性有限元分析模型。通过Nastran计算求解,同时对比试验中破坏结构的具体情况,最终找到ROPS首次试验失败的根本原因。以此为依据,在不影响原有装配关系的前提下,对老结构进行改进。对改进后的结构再次建立有限元模型并进行分析,结果发现新结构的各种性能都得到明显的改善。改进后的ROPS顺利通过符合国际标准要求的土方机械翻车保护装置实验室试验。Cab's rollover protective structure of a loader from Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is damaged in its first trial, which resulted in its failing in performance test according to international standard requirement. Taking nonlinear finite element technology as theoretical basis, the structure's nonlinear finite element analysis model is set up according to the restrains and loading mode in the standard test. Through Nastran solving calculation and comparing with the concrete situation of the damaged structure in test, essential cause of the first test failure is found out. On the above basis and under the precondition of noninterference to original assembly relationship, the old structure is improved. Finite element model is established again for the improved structure and as a result every performance of the new structure is found improved significantly. Finally, the improved ROPS passes the laboratory test for earthmoving machinery rollover protective device that complies with international standard requirements. Because the results of ROPS nonlinear finite element analysis is verified by test, a correct modeling method for computer simulation of rollover protective structure is found out. which provides a reliable basis for future ROPS design in the company.
