摘　　要：三轴摇摆试验台是一种集机、电、液、仪及计算机于一体的综合试验设备,能够为被试件动态性能测试提供摇摆试验环境。针对风洞试验中被试件在风洞内部且距离摇摆台转动中心较远的特点,以及保持风场均匀性的试验要求,在三轴摇摆台的基础上,研制开发一种复合联动装置。该装置可解决由于被试件只能绕摇摆台转动中心转动,而导致或在风洞体上开口过大或被试件摇摆幅值过小的难题,保证风场的均匀性,所获得的摇摆幅值满足试验要求,能为获取准确的试验数据提供保障。3-axises swing bench is a kind of comprehensive test equipment integrating mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, instrument and computer. It can provide a swinging test condition for the dynamic performance test of tested units. Aiming at the characteristics of test specimen being far from rotation center of swing bench inside a wind tunnel in a wind tunnel test and the test requirements of keeping the evenness of the wind field, a combined and linked movement device is developed to solve the problem of overlarge opening on wind tunnel body or too small swinging amplitude due to the test specimen rotating around swing bench center only, which ensures the evenness of wind field and swing amplitude meeting test requirements is obtained. All these provide a guaranty to obtain accurate test data.
