摘 要:采用杯碟法探讨了炭样小单孢菌JXNU-1所产的抗生素对烟草赤星病菌、小麦赤霉病菌、水稻纹枯病菌和柑橘溃疡病菌的抑菌活性。结果表明炭样小单孢菌所产的抗生素对小麦赤霉病菌抑菌作用最强,抑菌直径达23.19mm,抗生素对烟草赤星病菌和柑橘溃疡病菌的最低抑菌体积分数与最低杀菌体积分数为6.25%,在最低杀菌浓度下,抗生素对植物病原真菌作用20h杀菌率为100%左右。抗生素对植物病原真菌抑菌和杀菌作用机理有待进一步研究。The antibacterial activities of antibiotics produced by Micromonospora carbonacea JXNU-1 to Alternaria alternate, Fusarium graminearum, Rhizoctonia solani and Xanthomonas axonopodis was explored by the Oxford Cups method. The results showed that it had the most bacteriostasic activity on Fusarium graminearum and its antibacterial ring was 23.19 mm. The antibiotics had bactericidal effect against Alternaria alternate and Xanthomonas axonopodis with MICs and MBCs of 6.25% (volume fraction). The sterilizing rate was almost 100% on condition that antibiotics affects plant pathogenic fungi for 20 h under MBC, The further study on mechanism which the antibiotics has bactericidal effect and bacteriostasic activity against plant pathogenic fungi is needed.
