摘　　要：隐私权是现代社会最为重要的新兴基本人权之一,而德国是欧陆法系中对隐私权立法保护较为先进的国家,并且拥有细致完善的隐私权刑法保护规范体系。对德国隐私权刑法保护进行研究,关注其刑事立法发展动向,将会为中国隐私权刑法保护立法提供可资借鉴的理论经验。The right of privacy is one of most important emerging basic human rights in modern society. German is the state with more advanced legislation of protecting right of privacy in civil law system, and possesses perfective system of protection of right of privacy by criminal law, Researching protection of right of privacy by criminal law in German and paying attention to its criminal legislation development trend will provide the useful theory and experience for system of protection of right of privacy by criminal law in China.
