摘 要:目的建立痰咳净片中没食子酸的含量测定方法,以控制该药的内在质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Kroma—silODS柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:水:甲醇:磷酸(95:5:0.05),检测波长为273nm,流速为1.0ml·min^-1,柱温为35%。结果没食子酸在0.856—4.280mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率99.18%,RSD=1.38%。结论本方法准确、简便、灵敏度高,可用于痰咳净片中没食子酸的含量测定。Aim To establish a method for determining gallic acid in tankejing tablets. Methods HPLC method was used. The samples were separated by Kromasil ODS column (250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm ). The mobile phase was water, methanol, phosphate (95 : 5 : 0.05 ). The detection wavelength was at 273 nm,with a flow rate at 1.0 ml·min^-1. The column temperature was 35℃. Results The linear range of gallic acid was from 0. 856 to 4. 280 mg·L^-1. The average recovery was 99.18%, and RSD was 1.38%. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, specific, and can be used for quality control of gallic acid in Tankejing tablets.
