摘　　要：目的建立痰咳净片中没食子酸的含量测定方法，以控制该药的内在质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱Kroma—silODS柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：水：甲醇：磷酸（95：5：0．05），检测波长为273nm，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，柱温为35％。结果没食子酸在0．856—4．280mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好，加样回收率99．18％，RSD=1．38％。结论本方法准确、简便、灵敏度高，可用于痰咳净片中没食子酸的含量测定。Aim To establish a method for determining gallic acid in tankejing tablets. Methods HPLC method was used. The samples were separated by Kromasil ODS column （250 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm ）. The mobile phase was water, methanol, phosphate （95 ： 5 ： 0.05 ）. The detection wavelength was at 273 nm,with a flow rate at 1.0 ml·min^-1. The column temperature was 35℃. Results The linear range of gallic acid was from 0. 856 to 4. 280 mg·L^-1. The average recovery was 99.18%, and RSD was 1.38%. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple, specific, and can be used for quality control of gallic acid in Tankejing tablets.
