头皮冠状切口的颧骨颧弓骨折切开复位术临床应用及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的探讨头皮半冠状切口切开复位,小钛板坚强内固定早期治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的方法和疗效评估。方法22例颧骨颧弓骨折患者,采用头皮半冠状切口完成骨折复位及钛板坚强内固定,术前术后采用10分法进行满意度分析。结果所有患者创口均Ⅰ期愈合,无术后并发症发生,面部外形及功能恢复满意,总满意度为91%。结论头皮半冠状切口结合钛板坚强内固定治疗颧骨颧弓骨折,具有切口隐蔽、安全、固定可靠及患者满意的治疗效果。Aim To evaluate coronal incision approach in the treatment of zygomatic fracture. Methods 22 fracture had been treated through semi - coronal incision in our hospital since 2003. A satisfaction ratio questionnaire was carried on before and after the operation respectively and t-test was used to deal with the results. Results All these cases were healed successfully at Stage I. No complication existed among the cases after the operation. Facial shape and function were both recovered. The satisfaction ratio is 91% in average. Conclusions We think that in the treatment of zygomatic fracture the coronal incision is a safe and effective approach with no scars observed in the face.
