摘 要:目的探讨自体移植牙拔离前施以往复正畸力对牙周膜附着量是否有影响。方法选择需拔牙矫治的男女患者各10名,对实验侧前磨牙施加往复正畸力后拔除,而对照侧前磨牙拔除前不加力。脱钙,分别进行苏木精-伊红染色和改良Mallory三色法染色。利用图像分析软件进行定量分析并作统计学处理。结果拔牙时间对照侧为148s,实验侧为73s,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。牙根侧牙周膜附着量的定量分析表明,往复正畸力增加了牙根侧牙周膜附着量。结论往复正畸力能减少前磨牙的拔除时间,从而减少拔牙时对牙周膜的损伤。自体移植牙拔离前施以往复正畸力能增加其牙根侧牙周膜的附着量。Objective The present study was designed to determine whether pre-extraction jiggling force could affect the viability and quantity of periodontium on autotransplantation teeth. Methods The subjects consisted of 10 males and 10 females. Jiggling force was applied to the treated teeth before treated premolars were extracted. Control premolars were extracted without any force. The specimens were decalcificated and stained with hematoxylin and eosin and modified Mallory's trichrome. The area of periedontium and area of cementum were calculated by computerized analysis. The data were analyzed statistically. Results 73 s was average time of extraction of treated teeth, 148 s was average of control teeth. And there was significant difference on the first premolars of both mandible and maxilla(P〈0.01). Quantitative analysis of quantity of periodontium on root showed jiggling force can leave more periodontium attached to the root surface on extracted human first premolars. Conclusion Jiggling force can reduce the time of extraction, so it can decrease the damage to periodontium. Pre-extraetion jiggling force can leave more periodontium attached to the root surface on autotransplantation teeth.
