平阳霉素联合地塞米松灌注治疗婴幼儿颌面部血管瘤的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的总结分析平阳霉素联合地塞米松灌注治疗婴幼儿颌面部血管瘤的疗效。方法采用平阳霉素联合地塞米松灌注治疗27例婴幼儿颌面部血管瘤并观察其疗效。结果治愈22例(81.5%),显效5例(18.5%),有效率达100%。随访1～2年后未见复发。结论平阳霉素联合地塞米松灌注治疗婴幼儿颌面部血管瘤具有疗效好、副作用小的优点,是安全、简便、有效的治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of pingyangmycin and dexamethasone infusing therapy on infantile hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region. Methods 27 eases of infantile hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region were treated with pingyangmyein and dexamethasone infusing therapy and were observed the curative effect. Results 22 cases were cured（81.5%）, 5 cases were relieved（18.5%）, and the total efficiency rate was 100%. There were no recurrence after 1-2 years. Conclusion Pingyangmycin and dexamethasone infusing therapy on infantile hemangioma in oral and maxillofacial region is a safe, convenient and efficient method.
