摘 要:玻璃离子黏固粉在充填修复治疗中的应用日益广泛,但其表面形成的细菌生物膜,常引起继发龋这一龋病治疗失败的常见并发症,因此其抗菌性能越来越受到关注。玻璃离子黏固粉的抗菌活性与多种成分相关。下面就玻璃离子黏固粉及其成分以及各种成分对口腔微生物黏附的影响等研究进展作一综述。The application of glass ionomer cement (GIC) in filling restorative treatment (FRT) is widening. How- ever, the bacterial biofilms which form on restoration surface often make secondary caries happened, a common complication of failed FRT. As a result, the antibacterial activity of GIC is more and more concerned, which is related to kinds of its components. This article is going to discuss the components of GIC and review the recent studies about their functions on adhesion of oral microbes.
