摘　　要：对大型企业集团网络与信息安全现状及安全隐患进行分析,提出了总体解决方案以及企业集团的管理对策,加强安全保密技术措施,构建系统的安全保密防范体系。主要内容包括:网络安全准入、移动介质注册管理、电子文件加密保护、内部网页授权管理、国际互联网应用管控、操作日志和邮件归档审计等。企业集团实施网络与信息安全保密技术和管理策略将取得明显的信息安全及保密效果。This paper analyses the present condition of large enterprise group network and information security. Then it proposes a total solution and enterprise policy to strengthen security and secret technique and setups a security and secret system. The main contents includes： the network security access, the registration management to mobile medium, encrypt protection to electronics document, authorization management to intranet web page, application control to international Internet, operate daily record and mail archive etc. The implementation of enterprise group＇ s network and information security and secret technique and management strategy will obtain an obvious information security and secret effect.
