在校大学生校园实体创业研究——以福建省泉州市仰恩大学为例

摘　　要：如何激发和扶持一般院校学生创业对于解决当前大学生就业难问题非常重要。通过问卷调查及深度访谈的方式对仰恩大学校园实体创业进行个案研究分析,管中窥豹,大学生周围的环境、校园实体创业的经营管理水平以及成功率对大学生创业有明显影响。基于此,在对策上,学校应该对进行校园实体创业的学生实行KAB创业教育,培育专业的企业孵化器和健康的创业文化,让这些校园实体创业的学生更好地带动其他学生产生创业愿景并进行创业实践。in recent years, the self-employment of graduate can be regard as the key to unemployment and development of chinese economy. This text study the Self-employment by yanen campus students and its influence on other students . Attain the result that the surrounding of the student have the important impact on carving out, and the level of operation and management also sharp influence the carving of students,so this text suggest the carry out the MBA style education for these student of Self-employment to lead the better way for carving out.
