摘　　要：文章以广东省为例,针对农村免费义务教育政策在执行中存在的问题,重点分析了该政策对学校、教师、学生等不同目标群体的负面影响:学校经费紧张,学生管理难度加大;教师实际收入下降;学生辍学现象没有明显改善。The paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of free compulsory education policy in rural areas in Guangdong Province, focusing the negative influence on schools , teachers and students resuited from the implementation , such as the shortage of expense in schools, the management of students is getting more difficult, the decrease of teachers＇ income, and there＇s still no remarkable improvement on school drop --out.
