摘　　要：目的探讨口腔专科门诊交叉感染预防和控制的系统化管理方法。方法对口腔专科门诊临床诊疗中所涉及的交叉感染危险因素进行全面系统地分析，探讨相应的预防、控制措施，切断感染传播途径、定时监测防、控效果，针对新发现的问题及时完善系统管理方案。结果落实了医疗机构口腔诊疗器械消毒技术操作规范及口腔感染控制准则，全方位保证了口腔科诊疗质量和医、技、护、患四方的安全。结论恰当制定和实施交叉感染预防和控制的系统化管理方案，可以使口腔专科门诊交叉感染防控工作走向了规范化、程序化和完善化，从而最大限度地防止口腔门诊交叉感染的发生。Objective To approach the systematic administration method of precaution and controlling of cross infection in dental clinic. Methods A complete analysis on the risking factors for cross infection in clinical diagnosis and treatment in dental clinic was conducted and the corresponding measures for prevention and control of the factors were proposed. The route of transmission was broken and the effect of provention and control was monitored periodically. And the systematic administrating of precaution and controlling of cross infection in dental clinic was timely perfected based on new occuring problems. Results The disinfection technology handling standard of oral diagnosing and treating appliances and the standard of oral infection controlling were fulfilled. The quality of diagnosis and treatment in dental clinic was ensured from all aspects. And the safety of the four populations, i. e. , doctors, technicians, nurses and patients, was ensured. Condusions Suitably establishing and practising the systematic administration project of precaution and controlling of cross infection can make the precaution and controlling work of cross infection in dental clinic standardized, sequenced and came into a consummate stage. This will furthest prevent the occurance of cross infection in dental clinic.
