摘　　要：将过零触发光电耦合器应用于双向可控硅电路，以功率调节取代常用的电压调节，在不降低控制性能的条件下，使原本复杂的电路变得简单。采用过零触发方式，可控硅输出完整的正弦波电压，无高次谐波产生，不影响电网电压，不干扰通讯设备。可控硅元件及电机工作状态良好，发生故障的可能性小。由于电路简单，便于检修和维护，适用于金属制品行业小功率力矩电机控制。Under the circumstances of not reducing control property,applying zero passage trigger photoelectric coupler to bidirectional thyristor circuit and substituting power regulating for voltage regulating most in use can make former complicated circuit simple In the way of zero passage trigger,the thyristor exports complete sinusoidal wave voltage,there is no higher harmonic wave produced,and it will not affect the voltage of electrified wire netting and interfere communication apparatus The working states of thyristor component and motor are good The possibility of breakdown is small Because the circuit is so simple and easy to overhaul and uphold that it is suitable for small power moment motor controlling in steel wire products industry
