摘 要:目的观察头低位模拟失重状态下正常人视觉诱发电位的变化。方法选取6名男性健康志愿者,-6°头低位卧床模拟失重状态,在受试前、受试后第2天及第5天分别测量双眼在不同空间频率下的视觉诱发电位,标记N75、P100波潜伏期和波幅。结果双眼P100波潜伏期在不同空间频率下均无显著改变;波幅在高空间频率下有显著改变,右眼受试后第2天及第5天分别是(7.50±3.08)μV、(8.05±4.99)μV,与受试前(10.61±4.32)μV比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);左眼受试后第2天及第5天分别是(8.29±3.32)μV、(6.47±3.66)μV,与受试前(10.16±4.13)μV比较差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05);在中空间频率及低空间频率下差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。N75波在各空间频率下潜伏期有所改变,而波幅无明显改变,右眼在高空间频率及中空间频率下、左眼在低空间频率下,潜伏期随时间进展均发生显著延长,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论头低位卧床状态下可导致视觉诱发电位改变,影响正常人的精细视觉功能。Objective To observe the influence of head down tilt(HDT) simulating weightlessness on visual evoked potential(VEP) in healthy people.Methods Six male healthy volunteers were exposed to-6°HDT to simulate weightlessness.The VEP of both eyes were measured before test,at the second day and the fifth day after the test under different space frequencies.The latency and amplitude of P100 wave and N75 wave were marked.Results No significant difference was found in the latency of P100 wave of both eyes under different space frequencies.The amplitude of P100 wave had significant changes under high space frequency,were(10.61±4.32)μV,(7.50±3.08)μV,(8.05±4.99)μV in right eye and(10.16±4.13)μV,(8.29±3.32)μV,(6.47±3.66)μV in the left eye before test,at the second day and the fifth day after the test,respectively.Compared with that before test,there was significant difference in amplitude of P100 wave under high space frequency at the second day and the fifth day after the test(both P〈0.05),but there was no statistical difference under middle or low space frequency(all P〉0.05).The latency of N75 wave changed under every space frequency,but there was no change in amplitude.The latency significantly prolonged with time in right eye under high and middle space frequencies,and in left eye under low space frequency(all P〈0.05).Conclusion HDT can induce changes of VEP,which influence the accurate visual function of healthy people.
