中药康网灵汤剂对视网膜脱离复位术后残留视网膜下液的吸收作用

摘　　要：目的应用光学相干断层扫描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)观察中药康网灵汤剂对波及黄斑部视网膜脱离成功复位术后黄斑部残留视网膜下液的吸收作用。方法将脱离波及黄斑部的孔源性视网膜脱离并行视网膜成功复位术后、经OCT证实黄斑部残留视网膜下液的患者60例(60眼),随机分为2组,每组各30例30眼,对照组常规口服迈之灵,康网灵组在此基础上加服中药康网灵汤剂,每天1剂,分3次服,30d为1个疗程,共6个疗程。治疗前后行视力及OCT检查,观察黄斑区组织结构变化。数据结果均应用SPSS13.0软件进行统计学处理。结果治疗前2组在年龄、病程、视力及黄斑部残留视网膜下液量上差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后康网灵组视力提高的眼数高于对照组、残留视网膜下液量明显少于对照组。1个月时康网灵组视力>0.5者5眼,对照组2眼,残留视网膜下液量前者为(170.87±20.88)μm,后者为(247.47±53.81)μm,2组间差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论中药康网灵汤剂能促进残留视网膜下液吸收并提高视力。Objective To ivnestigate the absorptive action of Kangwangling broth（KWL） on macular residual subretinal fluid（SRF） after successful retinal detachment surgery at macula lutea by optical coherence tomography（OCT）.Methods Sixty cases（60 eyes） with macular residual SRF after successful rhegmatogenous retinal detachment（RRD） surgery by OCT were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases（30 eyes） in each group.Control group was treated with Maizhiling orally;KWL group was treated with Maizhiling and KWL orally,one broth daily for 3 times.There was 30 days in one course of treatment,and for 6 courses.Examination of visual acuity and OCT were taken to observe the histological changes of macula lutea before and after treatment.The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 13.0.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in age,courses,visual acuity and the quantity of macular residual SRF（all P〉0.05）;After treatment,the eyes of improved visual acuity in KWL group were more than those of control group,while the quantity of residual SRF was lower significantly in KWL group compared with control group.Visual acuity more than 0.5 was 5 eyes in KWL group and 2 eyes in control group at 1 month after treatment.Residual SRF was（170.87±20.88）μm in KWL group and（247.47±53.81）μm in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Kangwangling broth can help to absorb the residual SRF and improve the vision acuity.
