摘　　要：目的探讨逆行鼻泪管扩张联合人工鼻泪管支架植入治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法对30例(32眼)慢性泪囊炎患者采用逆行鼻泪管扩张联合人工鼻泪管支架植入术,术后随访0.5a,观察其疗效。结果30例32眼慢性泪囊炎患者中治愈26眼,好转5眼,无效1眼,有效率为96.88%。结论逆行鼻泪管扩张联合人工鼻泪管支架植入治疗慢性泪囊炎术式操作简单、效果好、并发症少,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the curative effects of antidromic nasolacrimal expansion combined with artificial nasolacrimal canal stent implantation for chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Thirty cases（32 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis were taken antidromic nasolacrimal expansion combined with artificial nasolacrimal canal stent implantation.All cases were followed up for half year,and the curative effects were observed.Results In 30 cases（32 eyes） with chronic dacryocystitis,there were 26 eyes cured,5 eyes improved,1 eye without effective improvement,and the effective ratio was 96.88%.Conclusions Antidromic nasolacrimal expansion combined with artificial nasolacrimal canal stent implantation is simple,effective and with fewer complications for chronic dacryocystitis.Therefore,it is worthwhile to be popularized.
