摘　　要：讨论了专家系统的一般组成和功能，分析了点焊过程建立专家知识库的必要性和意义。在此基础上。General constitution and function of expert system are discussed. The neccessity and significance of establishing knowledge base for spot welding are analysed. Based on them, a kind of knowledge base structure in view of production rule and layered/paged form is designed.
