错畸形牙特征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的通过对错畸形患者的牙冠、牙弓、牙槽弓、基骨弓形态的测量分析,探讨错畸形的牙特征。方法选择南京医科大学附属口腔医院正畸科就诊的错畸形患者的初始记存模型382副,按照安氏Ⅰ、Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2、Ⅲ类分组。测量牙冠、牙弓、牙槽弓、基骨弓的形态学指标,并进行统计学分析。结果研究结果表明,382例错畸形患者的Bolton指数、Pont指数与正常人群不同,且存在组间差异。牙列拥挤与牙弓、牙槽弓、基骨弓的形态密切相关,其中牙弓前段长度与牙列拥挤的相关性最大。结论错畸形患者的牙特征与错畸形的形成密切相关,且有别于正常,牙弓前段长度对牙列拥挤的影响最大。Objective To study the characteristics of crown, dental arch form, alveolar arch form and basal bone form in malocclusion population. Methods The study employed the pre-treatment models of 382 patients （ 187 males, 195 females, aged from 17 to 25 years） selected from the records of the Orthodontic Department,Stomatology Hospital of Jiangsu Province. The subjects were from four malocclusion groups, Class Ⅰ , Class Ⅱ division Ⅰ, Class Ⅱ division 2, and Class Ⅲ ,with the corresponding Angle＇s classification characteristics. The mesio-distal dimensions of teeth, the length of dental arch curve, the width and length of the dental arch and alveolar arch and basal bone were measured （ accurate to 0. 02 mm）. The data were statistically analyzed. Results The results revealed that the Bohon index and Pont index were different among the malocclusion groups and between the malocclusion population and the normal occlusion population. There was statistical relationship between dental crowding and dental arch form or alveolar arch form or basal bone form. The association between dental crowding and length of dental arch and alveolar arch and basal bone was more than width. Conclusion The dental characteristics of malocclusion were different from those of normal occlusion. The relationship between dental crowding and length of anterior dental arch was more than that between others.
