种植床自体骨复合人工骨在种植美学中的应用

摘　　要：目的采用源于种植床自体骨复合β-磷酸三钙人工骨混合游离移植术,恢复唇侧丰满度,达到理想的美学效果。方法对32例上颌前牙区植入87颗IT1种植体,同期植入种植床收集的自体骨与β-磷酸三钙复合人工骨,种植体植入后12～24周行上部结构修复.观察其唇侧丰满度的变化和美学效果。结果唇侧丰满度均有很大改善和提高,取得理想的美学效果。结论种植床自体骨复合β-磷酸三钙人工骨游离移植术效果好,不开辟第二手术区,方法简单,值得推广。Objective To take free grafting of autogenous bone gathered from implant bed combined with β-tricalcium phosphate acid artificial framework to recover turgot vitalis of the lip. Methods There were 32 cases which implanted 87 ITI implants and at the same time we collected autologous bone composite of β-tricalcium phosphate artificial bone to restore labial plump degrees in the anterior maxilla. Prosthodont of the superstructure was undertaken 1：2 to ：24 weeks postoperatively. Changes of turgor vitalis of the lip and aesthetics effects were observed. Result Great amelioration of turgor vitalis of the lip was detected, and ideal aesthetic effects were discovered. Conclusion Ideal effects were obtained by grafting free graft of autogenous bone combined with β-tricalcium phosphate,without taking the second operating field. Consequently, it was valuable to popularize because of the simple operating procedure.
