金因肽与华素片联合治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察金因肽(重组人表皮生长因子rhEGF)与华素片合用治疗口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡的局部疗效。方法90例轻型阿弗他溃疡患者随机分成3组,试验1组30例局部外用金因肽;试验2组30例含服华素片;试验3组30例局部外用金因肽,并含服华素片;疗程均为3天。观察3组药物治疗口腔溃疡的短期疗效,并且进行组间比较。结果发现试验1组显效率为66.67%,总有效率为93.33%;试验2组显效率为33.33%,总有效率为63.33%,试验3组显效率为86.67%,总有效率为100%。经统计学处理,3组间疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01),3组两两之间疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论金因肽对口腔阿弗他溃疡有较好的疗效,尤其与华素片联合使用时效果更佳。Objective To ohserve the clinical effects on rhEGF combined with cydiodine buccal tablets in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer （RAU）. Methods 90 patients with RAU were divided into 3 groups. The patients in the first group used rhEGF to treat oral ulcer. In the second group,the patients took Huasu buccal tablets orally. The third group patients used rhEGF and took Huasu buccal tablets orally. All patients took medicine for 3 days. Then we observed the clinical effects on them and made the group comparison. Results The effective rate of the first group was 66.67% ,and the total effective rate of the group was 93.33%. In the second group,these two rates were 33.33% and 63.33%. In the third group,they were 86.67% and 100%. The differences between the three groups were significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Each group was different from another group（ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Administration of rhEGF in treatment of RAU can get good clinical effects. However,the combined effects were of rhEGF and cydiodine buccal tablets are better.
