晶体溶解性青光眼综合治疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨晶体溶解性青光眼综合治疗的效果。方法对晶体溶解性青光眼27例（27只眼）进行综合治疗包括：术前降眼压及抗炎、手术将晶状体摘除并植入人工晶状体、术后抗炎治疗等。结果24只眼Ⅰ期植入人工晶状体术后随访1-6月，眼压控制在9-19mmHg，视力（裸眼）恢复：0．07-0．5。其中〈0．1者1例；0．12～0．3者18例；〉0．3者5例。结论晶体溶解性青光眼经规范的治疗并植入人工晶状体可取得较好的效果。Objective To investigate the effect on phacolytic glaucoma with combined treatment. Methods Twenty-seven cases （27eyes） with phacolytic glaucoma were treated with lowing intraocular pressure （lOP） preoperative, lens extraction, intraocular lens implantation, and anti-inflammatory therapy preoperative and postoperative. Results During the follow up of 1-6 months, the intraocular pressure （lOP） were controlled at 9-19mmHg in 24 intraocular lens implantation eyes; visual recovery： the visual acuities were from 0.07 to 0.5, among them, 〈0.1 in lcases, 0.12-0.3 in 18 cases, 〉 0.3 in 5 cases. Conclusions Phacolytic glaucoma could achieve better result by regular treatment and intraocular lens implantation.
