摘　　要：根据大连口岸客运滚装发展实际情况,提出对外如何从比较优势出发,实施"双赢"战略,做大客滚产业;对内如何从安全、质量、人力资源、财务分析、企业文化建设角度加强客滚业发展策略的分析与探讨,打造大连港口的客运滚装发展新格局。Based on the actual situation of the Ro-Ro and passenger transport at Dalian port, the paper discusses how to use the external comparative advantages to implement win-win strategy and to make the Ro-Ro and passenger transport industry greater and how to promote the development of Ro-Ro and passenger transport industry in such aspects as safety, quality, human resources, financial analysis and the construction of enterprise culture.
