摘 要:选取医药制造企业前5名供应商采购金额比例和前5名销售商销售金额比例分别衡量供应商和销售商的供应链伙伴关系,研究其对企业绩效的影响。结果表明医药制造企业运营绩效与前5名供应商采购金额比例正相关,与前5名销售商销售金额比例负相关;财务绩效与前5名供应商采购金额比例无关,与前5名销售商销售金额比例正相关。研究表明导致这种"反常"现象的原因在于国内医药制造企业供应链伙伴关系的发展阶段和医药制造企业在整个供应链中所处地位和"决策权力"。The paper uses two ratios to measure supplier-manufacturer partnership and manufacturer-retailer partnership anf to study their effects on enterprise performance. Ratio-One is total purchasing quantity of top 5 suppliers; Ratio-two is total sales quantity of top 5 retailers. Based on the public data of medication industry in China from 2001 to 2005, the paper finds that ratio-One has positive effects but Ratio-Two has negative effects on operation performance, and ratio-One has no effect but Ratio-Two has positive effect on financial performance. The conclusion shows that the development stages of medication supply chain and medication companies' decision rights are the main reasons for these counterintuitive results.
