护士职业性手部皮炎的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的：通过对国内外关于目前护士职业性手部皮炎的调查,以加强社会及护士这一职业群体本身对职业性手部皮炎的认识从而降低其发病率。方法：本文对目前护士职业性手部皮炎在世界各国的现状进行了详细的分析和总结。同时应用调查问卷的方法对西安交通大学第二医院76名在职护士进行了手部皮炎发病情况及职业危险因素的调查。结果：问卷调查共发出问卷76份,收回76份（100%）。调查结果显示在76名接受调查的护士中曾经或目前患有手部皮炎的占44.7%,有85.3%的患手部皮炎的护士均认为此病影响了工作或生活。患手部皮炎的护士的洗手及接触洗涤剂的次数明显多于未患手部皮炎的护士。我们发现大部分被调查者（45名,占59.2%）洗手后只偶尔使用护手霜,对手部防护不足。结论：通过此研究我们发现护士职业性手部皮炎的发病率在我国较高,对护士的工作、生活质量、以及社会均造成了一定影响。因此加强职业性皮肤病的认识及防护有重要意义。Objective To review and analyze the reports on occupational hand dermatitis in nurses worldwide and design a questionnaire to study the prevalence and risk factors of occupational hand dermatitis in nurses. We hope the society and nurses will have more knowledge on this disease and the prevalence of it could be decreased in the future. Method In this study, we first reviewed and analyzed the situation of occupational hand dermatitis in nurse worldwide. Furthermore, a questionnaire--based survey on prevalence and occupational risk factors was administrated to 76 nurses at the second hospital of xi＇an Jiaotong University. Results A total of 76 replies were received （100%）. The overall prevalence of occupational hand dermatitis was 44.7% in our study. Among them, there are 85.3% of nurses think their work and quality of was affected because of this disease. The time of hand washing and detergent exposure was significant higher in nurses with hand dermatitis than that in nurses without hand dermatitis. The protection of hands was not enough in nurses. We found that the use of hand cream after hand washing ＂＆as seldom in most of the nurses （45, 59.2%）. Conclusion We found that hand dermatitis （HD） represents one of the important occupational health problems among nurses in China. The society and the clinical nurses suffer a significant burden from hand dermatitis. Thus, it is essential to consider interventions to reduce this troublesome occupational disease among clinical nurses.
