摘　　要：基质细胞衍生因子1(SDF-1)及其受体CXCR4所构成的SDF-1/CXCR4轴生物效应的研究近些年来进展迅速,其在肿瘤发生及发展中起重要作用,并与髓外白血病密切相关。本文就SDF-1及其受体CXCR4在白血病细胞中的表达,SDF-1/CXCR4轴与髓外白血病的关系的研究进展加以综述。In recent years,rapid progress is procured on the study of the biological effects of SDF-1/CXCR4 axis which is composed of stromal cell derived factor-1（SDF-1）and its receptor CXCR4.The SDF-1/CXCR4 axis plays an important role in occurrence and development of tumors and closely correlates with extramedullary leukemia.This review focuses on the progress on the study of the expression of SDF-1 and its receptor CXCR4 in leukemic cells,and the relation between SDF-1 /CXCR4 axis and extramedullary leukemia.
