摘　　要：翼状胬肉是一种侵犯到角膜的结膜纤维血管性结缔组织增生和上皮下胶原崩溃而致的弹力变性,其治疗仍然是眼科界棘手的问题。近几年来由于手术方式、方法不断改良,为该病的治疗提供了许多崭新的治疗途径,该文对翼状胬肉手术治疗的进展进行综述。Pterygium is a fibrovascular growth of conjunctiva that extends onto the cornea and the elastotic degeneration of collagen.The treatment is still a formidable problem in ophthalmology.In rencent year,with the improvement of operation method,it provide many brand-new therapy ways for the disease.This paper reviewed the lastest research progress of pterygium treatment.
