摘　　要：脑卒中后脑损伤涉及多种机制,临床上一般用溶栓治疗来解除梗死,建立缺血区域血流再灌注,而对于缺血引起的脑组织损伤尚无有效治疗药物。中药因具有多治疗靶点而日益受到人们的关注,从中草药中筛选出治疗缺血性脑卒中的活性成分具有良好的开发前景。Multiple mechanisms are involved in brain injured after stroke.Thrombolysis is usede to remove infarction and to establish reperfusion in ischemic zone.There is still no effective drugs for brain tissue damage caused by ischemia.Chinese herbal medicine have many therapeutical targets and have been used to prevent cerebrovascular disease for a long time.How to screen active components from Chinese herbal medicine causes more attention.
