摘 要:根据热轧卷取机自动化系统设计和调试经验,对卷取区带钢的宏跟踪和微跟踪技术的应用进行了介绍。其中宏跟踪允许卷取区存在2块带钢,能达到理论上最快生产节奏。微跟踪采用4种卷径计算的方法,通过比较和分析,获得最佳结果。为了提高跟踪精度,采取了前滑率校验、跟踪修正、带尾定位跟踪、咬钢信号补偿等措施,提出了热金属检测器选用和维护的原则,在实际工程应用中取得较好效果。Application of macro micro strip tracking techniques in coiling area is introduced,according to experiences in design and commission of hot rolling down coiler automation system.Two strips are permitted in coiling area when macro tracking is used,thus the most fast production rhythm can be reached theoretically.In micro tracking,4 calculation methods of coiler diameter are adopted.Through their comparison and analysis,optimum result is obtained.In order to improve tracking accuracy,forward slip checking,tracking modification,strip tail positioning tracking and compensation for biting signal etc.measures were adopted.Selection and maintenance principle of hot metal detector are presented and has been applied to practical engineering project,good effect was obtained.
