金融危机、工资激励职能与我国企业可持续成长

摘  要:本文通过对马克思与凯恩斯对资本主义市场经济作用下出现经济危机原因的解释与解决方法的比较分析,探索2008年10月由美国次贷危机导致全球金融海啸、进而由金融领域导入实体经济,使全球产生了自1929~1933年以来最大一次经济危机的内在本质原因。而后试图用管理学中的工资激励职能构建解决经济危机的理论模型,最后结合我国实际与构建的模型给出了我国扩大内需、实现我国企业可持续成长的对策建议。This thesis aims at finding out the substantial cause of this Economic Crisis, which is the biggest one since 1929-1933. This economic crisis occurred on Oct. in 2008 originated from American Subprime Lending Crisis, then the global financial tsunami appeared, from the field of Finance to the real economy. This thesis analyses the Marx's and Cairns' Explanations and solutions of the economic crisis comparatively, in the background of capitalist market economy. This thesis endeavors to construct a Theo- retical model to resolve economic crisis, using the Incentive function of the wage in Management. Finally, several Suggestions of expanding domestic demand and achieving the national enterprises' sustainable growth will be given, in the condition of joining China's actual conditions and the Theoretical model.
