摘  要:酸法水解造纸废水生物处理剩余活性污泥提取蛋白质的试验结果表明,酸法水解的适宜工艺条件为:体系固液比1∶2,水解时间5h,水解温度121℃,pH1.5。在上述条件下,水解蛋白质的提取率达到27.53%,泡沫发泡性能良好,同时污泥削减率达到26.89%。The residual sludge from paper mill was hydrolyzed with the method of acid hydrolyzation to extract protein. The results showed the optimal process conditions for extraction of sludge protein by acid were as follows :temperature 121℃, reaction time 5h, pH 1.5 and ratio of solid to liquid 1:2. Under these conditions, the protein extractive ratio was 27.53%, and the foam stability and the high of the foam were both good. At the same time, the mass of sludge was reduced by 26.89%.
